All seven of St. Joseph’s Academy’s National Merit Semifinalists have met the requirements to advance to Finalist standing in the 2019 National Merit Scholarship Program competition. They are Abby Blaize, Anna Borne, Rachael Coates, Amelia Dittmar, Anna Claire LeJeune, Maryn Matthews and Grace Richardson.
National Merit Finalists will be considered for National Merit Scholarships to be offered in 2019.
To become finalists, semifinalists maintained an outstanding academic record throughout high school, were endorsed and recommended by their high school principal and earned SAT scores that confirmed their earlier performance on the qualifying test.
