Track Team Members Qualify for Indoor State

Several members of the St. Joseph’s Academy track and field team qualified for the Division I, Class 4A and 5A Louisiana High School Athletic Association Indoor Track and Field Championships, set for February 18 in LSU’s Carl Maddox Field House.

Qualifiers and their events are as follows.

Ann Marie Barfield, Emily Mitchell, Mallory Mire and Anna Claire Maxwell, 4x400 meter relay
Alternates: Emily Marks and Elise Richard

Elise Richard, Kassidy Noto, Annabelle Laville and Anna Claire Maxwell, 4x800 meter relay

Morgan Leger, pole vault

Elise Richard and Irene Brooksher, triple jump

Mallory Mire and Elise Richard, high jump

Emily Mitchell, 55m hurdles

Anna Clare Maxwell, 800 meters

Kassidy Noto, 1600 meters
